مواجهة تحدٍ كبير! نجاح مشروع خزانة العرض المكتبية للمتحف الكهربائي فائق الطول للمتحف بنجاح

Recently, our company completed the on-site debugging and official delivery of the ultra-long electric desktop display cabinet project for Guangxi Baomo Museum. This exhibition case, with a total length exceeding 10 meters, is not only a core facility for the museum’s displays but also embodies our technical team’s breakthrough and innovation in overcoming the technical challenges of “ultra-long exhibition display.”
The museum required an integrated display space for a collection of calligraphy and painting artifacts. Traditional segmented display cases could not meet the dual demands of ‘visually cohesive presentation and secure protection of cultural relics.’ The client presented highly challenging requirements, including ’10-meter integrated electric opening and closing, constant temperature and humidity control, and low-reflection display,’ which posed significant tests for the structural stability, system synchronization, and on-site installation precision of the display case.
To address these challenges, the technical team developed customized solutions for each
Structural Reinforcement Plan
High-strength aviation-grade aluminum alloy profiles were used for the main framework, with reinforcing ribs added every 2 meters. Finite element mechanical simulations were employed to ensure deformation remained below 0.2mm under the case’s own weight and external forces.
Electric System Upgrade
Multi-axis servo motors and real-time position sensors were integrated, paired with our self-developed synchronization control algorithm. This achieved a door opening/closing speed deviation of less than 1mm/s and positional accuracy of ±0.1mm.
Precise Temperature and Humidity Regulation
A multi-point constant temperature and humidity control system was implemented, with sensors placed every 3 meters inside the case. A central controller coordinated adjustments to maintain temperature fluctuations within ±1°C and humidity variations within ±3%.
Modular Assembly Process
The display case was divided into 5 standard modules. On-site assembly utilized high-precision positioning tools and laser level calibrators, ensuring assembly gaps were uniformly controlled within 0.3mm for a visually ‘integrated’ effect.”
During the on-site debugging phase, the technical team conducted a 72-hour continuous test of the display case. This included 100 opening/closing cycles of the electric doors, with no instances of jamming or misalignment. The temperature and humidity system’s stability was verified under extreme environmental conditions, with uniform conditions maintained inside the case.
In the end, the project passed the client’s acceptance review. This ultra-long electric display case not only met the professional requirements for artifact exhibition and protection but also earned high praise from the museum for its ‘zero-error’ installation precision.
