The installation of two 20\u2011meter curved\u2011corner wall display cases at Wenmiao Museum has been successfully completed. These display cases were designed to exhibit a collection of precious temple artifacts related to statues. The curved framework is highly prone to deformation due to its own weight and floor unevenness, which could cause glass door misalignment and sealing failure.
In collaboration with a leading domestic glass processor, we customized low\u2011reflection curved laminated glass. Using “CNC heat bending and precision edge grinding” techniques, we ensured that the curvature error of each glass panel remained below 0.2\u202fmm.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

During the on\u2011site installation phase, the project team worked continuously for 12 days. A high\u2011strength steel\u2011wood composite structure was adopted as the main framework. Through finite element mechanical simulation, reinforcement supports were installed every 3 meters to ensure that deformation of the 20\u2011meter curved frame remained below 0.3 mm. Additionally, adjustable floor supports were fitted at the base of the frame, allowing for millimeter\u2011level fine\u2011tuning according to the on\u2011site floor flatness.<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The team completed the entire workflow, including frame assembly, glass panel joining, and system debugging. The electric doors underwent 50 open\u2011close tests, operating smoothly without jamming, and the sealing performance met the required standards.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
